South Dakota Scumbags At It Again!!

I'm absolutely sick of these bastards and bitches. Yeah, I called them bastards and bitches because that's exactly what they are!!

The latest attempt to ban abortion would be laughable if it weren't sickening. Funny, but I thought the people of South Dakota spoke in November. They voted down the abortion ban. Apparently, lawmakers from South Dakota don't give a shit about what the people think and want.

An abortion ban bill introduced Wednesday in the South Dakota state House would allow exceptions for rape and incest, but only if the crimes are reported to authorities with DNA evidence.

This year's bill would allow rape victims to get abortions if they report the rapes to police within 50 days. Doctors would have to confirm the report with police and would have to take blood from aborted fetuses and give that information to police for DNA testing.

In the case of incest, a doctor would have to get the woman's consent to report the crime along with the identity of the alleged perpetrator before an abortion could be performed. Blood samples from fetuses would have to be provided to police in incest cases, too.

Abortions could be done only until the 17th week of pregnancy in cases of incest and rape.

What is this bill really saying? For starters, it's saying to women that they have absolutely no control over their bodies and shouldn't be trusted to make decisions. It's being used as a bargaining chip with rape and incest victims. It's saying, you can have an abortion up until the 17th week of pregnancy but with major exceptions. You can't have an abortion after the 17th week of pregnancy. You can't have an abortion if you're a CRIME victim unless you report the crime to police, and you must do so within 50 days. You can't have an abortion unless you agree to hand over the aborted fetus for DNA testing. You can't even have an abortion until or unless the doctor confirms that you reported the crime to police. And if you're an incest victim, you can't have an abortion unless you agree to divulge the name of your abuser to the doctor.

One of the 25 sponsors, state Rep. Gordon Howie, said the rape and incest provisions are strict to ensure that women don't say they have been victims in order to obtain abortions.

"Frankly, Planned Parenthood would drive a semi truck through an exception that wasn't clearly defined," he added.

In other words, Gordon Howie thinks that women are liars. After all, he wants to make sure that women don't lie about being raped or being a victim of incest in order to have an abortion. I don't know about anyone else, but I sure as hell wouldn't lie about being raped. I wouldn't lie about being a victim of incest. It's not something that people lie about you fucking moron. Most victims of rape and incest don't want to talk about what happened to them because they blame themselves for what happened. The bill carries a tougher maximum penalty for illegal abortions than last year's bill — 10 years in prison instead of five.

It would allow abortions to save women's lives and in cases in which their health would be seriously jeopardized by a continued pregnancy. However, a doctor could perform an abortion only if a doctor from another practice concurs that a woman's health is in jeopardy.

Ten years? I guess five years just wasn't severe enough!! After all, they have to set an example for the rest of America. They can't let women think for themselves, because they might get ideas, and catch on that they're not a MAN'S property. They can't let women abort fetuses. America needs those babies for important things like fighting in our illegal wars. Yeah, I'm sure these scumbags will argue that they're not going to prosecute women for having an abortion. But you just wait!! Wait until they change their minds because you know damn well that the women who have abortions will be next!!

If your life or your health is in jeopardy, you must get a second opinion before a doctor can perform the abortion? What kind of bullshit is this? If a woman dies while waiting for another doctor to agree that she'll die without an abortion, are the doctors going to be held responsible for her death? Are the ignorant bastards and bitches in the South Dakota House and Senate going to be held responsible for her death? Who is going to be held responsible for the women who die while waiting for a second opinion because of some asinine lawmakers who just can't leave the issue alone? That's what I want to know!!

These bastards and bitches from South Dakota have absolutely no business bringing this issue up again. It was settled in November by the people of that state. But I guess in America, our vote doesn't matter. In America, our opinion doesn't matter. We should just shut up, and let these fucking scumbags tell us what we can and can't do.
