Operation Rescue Releases Names of Tiller Abortionists/Mill Workers

WICHITA, Kansas, July 22 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Operation Rescue has released the most up-to-date list of abortion clinic workers employed by George R. Tiller at his late-term abortion mill, Women's Health Care Services, in Wichita, Kansas. The list includes twenty-two people, including three out-of-state abortionists who travel to Kansas to do abortions, including late-term procedures that are illegal in their home states.

"We are releasing this list of abortion workers in order to expose them to the community, and to elicit prayers for their repentance," said Operation Rescue Senior Policy Advisor Cheryl Sullenger.

"As Christians, we are concerned about them as people, and understand that sometimes it takes 'tough love' to help someone see the destructive path they are taking, so that they can make the changes necessary to have a better life," Sullenger said. "Most people who quit the abortion industry tell us that they are relieved to be out of that business, and say that leaving improved their lives."

Last week, Operation Rescue released the name of a physician who provided the second required signature for Tiller's post-viability abortions. Within hours, he and an associate, who was also providing that service for Tiller, voluntarily agreed to quit doing so "effective immediately."

Tiller currently faces 19 criminal charges for illegal abortions done without the signature of an unaffiliated physician, when he and abortionist Ann Kristin Neuhaus, collaborated to form what amounted to an illegal late-term abortion racket. Neuhaus has since quit working for Tiller.

"We began an intensive campaign exposing clinic workers and businesses that associate with Tiller in 2004," said Sullenger. "Since then, over a dozen workers have quit and at least 25 businesses have stopped helping Tiller keep his abortion business open. There's no doubt that public exposure helps these people do the right thing."

Last week, Operation Rescue relaunched their Abortion Collaborator Project. In addition to the physicians who quit signing off on Tiller's late-term abortions, OR released a list of 30 businesses that provide services for Tiller and his abortion mill.

Today's abortion worker list is in the form of a photo gallery with captions telling the public a little about each worker.

If any of these people turn up dead as a result of the posting of these pictures, Operation Rescue should and must be charged with MURDER.

What Operation Rescue did will make these people targets. You can't tell me that some whacko "pro-lifer" isn't out there plotting to murder these people. Thanks to Operation Rescue, the "pro-life" whacko's job was just made a bit easier.

Grand jury adjourns with no charges against Wichita abortion doctor

The grand jury investigating Wichita abortion provider George Tiller adjourned this afternoon without an indictment.

Judge Paul Buchanan, who presided over the grand jury, said the panel returned a "no true bill," meaning charges will not be filed.

In a statement released this afternoon through the Sedgwick County District Attorney's Office, the grand jury said:

"After six months of conducting an investigation that included hearing extensive witness testimony, reviewing volumes of documents and medical records of patients of Women's Health Care Services, this Grand Jury has not found sufficient evidence to bring an indictment on any crime related to the abortion laws."

The grand jury said it found "questionable late-term abortions" but said Kansas law needs to be clearer before any investigation is likely to yield criminal charges against Women's Healthcare Services, the clinic Tiller runs. Tiller is one of only a handful of doctors in the country who performs late-term abortions.

Kansas law has limited late-term abortions to cases of "substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function." The Kansas Supreme Court has interpreted that to include the mental health of the mother.

"As the current law is written and interpreted by the Kansas Supreme Court, late-term abortions will continue for many circumstances that would seem, as a matter of common interpretation, not to meet the definition of 'substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function,' " the grand jury said in its statement.

Bravo to the jury for their decision!! I'm sure that they pissed the anti-abortion nuts off with this decision. But too damn bad!! I have no doubt that they will attempt to convene jury after jury until they get their way. Hopefully that never happens.

As someone suggested on the comments linked to this story, can the state of Kansas convene a grand jury to bring charges against the pro-life whacks for wasting the tax payer's money on this witch hunt? Someone needs to turn the tables on these people because this was just ridiculous!!

Romanian child rape victim allowed abortion

(CNN) -- A Romanian government committee has decided to allow a pregnant 11-year-old who was raped by her teenage uncle to have an abortion, a government spokesman said Friday.

The girl is 21 weeks pregnant -- too far along to have an abortion in Romania, where the limit is 14 weeks unless the pregnancy poses problems for the mother's health, said the spokesman, who asked not to be named.

The girl's parents had said they would take their daughter to Britain for an abortion if the committee did not allow her to have one in Romania. Abortions are legal in Britain up to 24 weeks.

It was unclear whether the parents would still take the girl to Britain following the committee's decision, reached late Thursday.

Church groups have opposed an abortion for the girl, the government spokesman said. The Romanian Orthodox Church has urged the girl to keep the baby, and has said it will take care of the baby if the family wants to give it up for adoption, he said.

The uncle who raped the girl has since disappeared, the Romanian Health Ministry said. Media reports say the uncle is age 19.

This was just yet another example of insanity on the part of a church. This is a child we're talking about. She was raped and became pregnant as a result of the rape. Yet, the Romanian Orthodox Church doesn't give a rats ass about that. All they're concerned with is making this child give birth, or taking the child to raise. The audacity is astounding!!

"The ethical judgement of the Church on divorce and abortion is clear and well-known," he told participants in a Catholic congress on marriage and the family.

"They are serious offences... which violate human dignity, inflict deep injustice on human and social relations and offend God himself, guarantor of conjugal peace and origin of life," he said.

However he added that there were people who had committed such "errors" but "suffered from wounds to the soul" and "sought peace."

"The Church has the duty to be close to these people with love and delicacy," the pope added.

"Divorce and abortion are choices... which sometimes develop in difficult and dramatic circumstances... and are a source of profound suffering for those who take such decisions.

"They also affect innocent victims, the barely-conceived and unborn infant, the children caught up in divorces."

Let me ask a few questions. If a woman or a man is being beaten by his or her spouse, does the Pope believe that the victim should stay in that relationship? Why? So they don't risk offending some magical cloud being?

All hell broke loose at the Hollywood premiere of "Horton Hears a Who!" today when a group of pro-lifers infiltrated the screening, then chanted anti-abortion slogans after the flick.

The theme of the movie is based on the motto: "After all, a person is a person, no matter how small." So the pro-lifers thought it was a good idea to use this theme to their advantage -- even though their complicated message was falling mostly on the ears of children.

The stars in attendance included Victoria Beckham and her three kids, Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy, Steve Carell and all 12 contestants from "American Idol."

After the chanting ended, the group put red tape over their mouths that said "Life" on them, and paraded around the event.

Shouts of protest were returned by some in attendance, including, "This is a kid's premiere," "How dare you," and "Do you really care that much about this?"

Isn't it ironic that the very people who denounce Hollywood are using Hollywood to promote their bullshit? Aren't these the very same people who time and time again have accused Hollywood of "indoctrinating the children" with their subliminal messages in various movies for kids? Absolutely!! Now, they're using a movie motto to further their agenda.

UNITED STATES, August 13, 2007 (LifeSiteNews.com) - A Princeton professor has warned that the scandal of pro-abortion Catholics and its cover-up by bishops threatens more damage to the Catholic Church than the abhorrent scandal of pedophile priests hiding behind their Roman collars to perpetrate crimes against children.

Robert George, a McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence at Princeton University, writes in an article published in the ecumenical magazine First Things that, unlike the clergy sexual abuse scandal, the tolerated scandal of prominent anti-life Catholics continues to engender far more insidious effects upon society.

"Nothing undermines the cause of justice and cultural reform and renewal more than the bad example of prominent Catholics who have made themselves instruments of what Pope John Paul II bluntly described as 'the culture of death,'" states George.

"The scandal given by these individuals over the past thirty years, particularly with respect to the exposure of the unborn to abortion and, more recently, embryo-destructive research, is far greater in its cultural effects even than the horrific-the word is not too strong-scandal of clergy sex abuse."

If the sex scandals have enough power to make many Catholics "lose confidence in the reliability of the Church as a teacher of truth, particularly in the moral domain" then the Church's toleration of publicly proclaimed pro-abortion Catholics is much worse, especially when the culture is in grave peril.

"The Church doesn't need fundamental transformation; it needs to be about the business of transforming us," warns George. "For better or worse, culture is character-shaping and, thus, person-forming. That's why the task of cultural renewal and reform is part of the Christian task-an essential part."

George writes that Catholics should know that the Church faces both "danger" and an "opportunity for a special kind of greatness, the greatness that comes only in times of the most profound danger."

"Critical (possibly irreversible) decisions will be made in the next year or two" writes George, indicating that the particular decisions to which he is referring will occur in the field of marriage and bioethics. Both issues, he says, "will go one way or the other depending on the posture and actions of Catholics."

"If the Catholic community is engaged on these issues, working closely with evangelical Christians, observant Jews, and people of goodwill and sound moral judgment of other faiths and even of no particular religious faith, grave injustices and the erosion of central moral principles will be, to a significant extent, averted. Indeed, with respect to both marriage and the sanctity of human life, earlier reverses may themselves be reversed. If, on the other hand, the Catholic community compromises itself, abdicates its responsibilities, and sits on the sidelines, the already deeply wounded institution of marriage will collapse and the brave new world of biotechnology will transform procreation into manufacture, and nascent human life into mere disposable 'research material.'"

However George continues to point out that bishops and pastors must make a decision to lead Catholics in the culture war, not by becoming politicians themselves, but by exhorting lay Catholics to fulfill their responsibilities in the political arena and other cultural dimensions.

"[The bishops] should never hesitate to reprove us when we fail in our obligations to defend human life, marriage, and the common good, as far too many Catholics, including Catholics prominent in public life, have done and, alas, are doing," says George.

"The bishops must make clear that being a faithful Catholic means many things; but among the things it means is bearing unambiguous witness to the sanctity of human life. By bearing such witness, Catholics can seize the opportunity now before them to renew and reform the culture."

Wow, and I thought I had heard it all!! Obviously I was wrong!! Just when I thought there wasn't a bigger ass out there, Robert George proved me wrong.

First of all, let's get something straight!! Unlike what Robert George said, the Catholic Church sexual abuse scandal was and still is tolerated. Clearly, he hasn't been paying attention and doesn't care enough to get his "facts" correct. It has been tolerated from the church level right on up to the Vatican. If it wasn't tolerated, these pedophile priests and nuns would have been turned over to the police. Instead, they were and are shifted around to different parishes where the abuse continues. Study Says Abortion Lead to Higher Crime, Increased Murder Rates

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- A study conducted by a researcher at the University of Maryland shows that legalized abortion has led to higher rates of crime and increased murder rates. The occured because a higher percentage of children grew up in single-parent homes during the years following Roe v. Wade.
The findings have been published in the April 2007 issue of the academic journal Economic Inquiry and are part of a new book written by researcher John R. Lott.

According to Lott, the high court's decision ultimately resulted in more out-of-wedlock births, a reduction in the number of children adopted and fewer married parents.

"Those are contradictory directions," the economist told the Cybercast News Service in an interview. "What ties them together is liberalized abortion rules."

Lott said those results produced by Roe "affected decisions on premarital sex and careful contraception. It's a matter of economics. When something seems less costly, there's more of it."

As LifeNews.com has previously reported, Lott and John Whitley, affiliated with the University of Chicago, wrote a paper in August 2006 challenging claims that abortion led to less crime.

That paper led to the journal article and subsequent book by Lott.

Because Roe resulted in more children growing up in single-parent homes and because such children are more likely to become criminals than those in two-parent homes, the researchers say abortion led to higher rates of crime.

They point out that 5 percent of white children were born out of wedlock from 1965 to 1969, compared to 16 percent in the 1980's. Black children born out of wedlock increased from 35 percent to 62 percent in the same period.

These children of unwed mothers, statistically more at risk of becoming criminals, are responsible for the increase of murders by 700 cases in 1998 alone, they say. Such a dramatic increase carried a financial price tag of $3.3 billion in "victimization costs," according to their paper.

Ultimately, Lott says murder rates rose anywhere from half a percent to 7 percent as a result of legalized abortion.

The new study is another among other recent analysis showing the finding of the authors of the 2001 book "Freakonomics" were wrong in contending that abortion led to a decrease in crime.

John Donohue of Stanford Law School and Steven Levitt of the University of Chicago published a study linking a decline in the U.S. violent crime in the 1990s with abortion.

"If the estimates are correct, legalized abortion can explain about half of the recent fall in crime," Donohue and Levitt wrote.

The authors argue that the ready availability of abortion since its legalization in 1973 resulted in fewer unwanted children and therefore less crime in later generations. They cited arrest records to claim that abortion would account for a 1% reduction in crime each year over the next two decades.

Lott says the analysis in the book is wrong because the authors only examined five states that legalized abortion prior to Roe and assumed that no abortions were occurring in the other 45, even though they were done in limited circumstances.

"Some states had a fair number of abortions. Some were more restrictive," he told CNS News. "You can't assume there was zero before Roe."

Also, in November 2005, Christopher Foote, a senior economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and research assistant Christopher Goetz, told the Wall St. Journal the data Levitt used was faulty.

Foote said there was a "missing formula" in Levitt's original research that allowed him to ignore certain factors that may have contributed to the lowering of crime rates during the 1980s and 1990s.

Foote also argues that Levitt counted the total number of arrests made when he should have used per-capita figures. After Foote adjusted for both factors, the abortion effect simply disappeared, the Journal reported.

"There are no statistical grounds for believing that the hypothetical youths who were aborted as fetuses would have been more likely to commit crimes had they reached maturity than the actual youths who developed from fetuses and carried to term," the Foote and Goetz say in their report.

So, let me see if I have this right. Because women are allowed to have abortions in this country, there's more crime. Because women are allowed to have abortions in this country, there are more murders. And this is based solely on what? The idiotic idea that abortion has led to more single mothers, and the children of single mothers are more likely to be criminals than those with two parents. Prove it bitches!! I want to see proof that children of single parents are more likely to be criminals than the children of two parent households. I want to see proof that abortion leads to higher crime rates and more murders. There is no proof. It is purely speculation, and pretty ignorant and asinine speculation at that!!

Ohio Lawmakers Are Sick!!

Lawmakers in Ohio are out of their minds. A bill is being proposed that would require women who are seeking abortions to get PERMISSION from the father of the fetus before they can seek an abortion.

Ohio Bill Would Make Abortion Illegal Without Paternal Consent

A group of Ohio state legislators have submitted a bill that would ban women from obtaining abortions without consent from the man who impregnated her. The proposal comes two weeks after Rep. Tom Brinkman proposed a law that would ban all abortions in Ohio.

In addition to mandating that abortion providers obtain paternal consent before proceeding with an abortion, the proposed bill would also require women to provide a list of previous sexual partners in cases where the fetus' paternity was unknown. Abortion providers would then have to perform paternity tests.

Supporters of the bill tout it as a measure that would give men a say in the abortion decision. If the bill is passed, women in violation of the law will be tried criminally for abortion fraud, a first-degree misdemeanor. Men falsely claiming paternity and medical providers who perform abortions without paternal consent would be similarly charged.

"This extreme bill shows just how far some of our state legislatures are willing to go to rally a far-right base that is frustrated with the pro-choice gains made in the last election," said NARAL Pro-choice Ohio executive director Kellie Copeland. "It is completely out of touch with Ohio's mainstream values. This measure is a clear attack on a woman’s freedom and privacy."

The Record-Courier reports that Brinkman's abortion ban is unlikely to pass, but Adams' has an outside chance at becoming law.

If a woman is RAPED and becomes pregnant, are these people seriously going to force her to beg her rapist to allow her to have an abortion? If a woman or girl is the victim of incest and becomes pregnant, are these people seriously going to force her to beg her rapist to allow her to have an abortion? If a woman is pregnant but could die if she doesn't have an abortion that's needed to save her life, are they seriously going to force her to beg for permission from her husband, boyfriend, or the father of her fetus to save her damn life?

The Catholic Archbishop of Lagos, Anthony Cardinal Okogie, has decried UN’s proposed legalisation of abortion, and described it as a negation of the law of God.

According to Okogie, the bill will ensure the elimination of cultural and religious beliefs that stand in the way of the ideology of leading officials in the United Nations to approve abortion.

Okogie said if the bill was passed, it will expose young men and women to immoral sexual life and other social vices.

“The western world merely wants to expand their promiscuity to us by destroying women, families and facilitate moral decadence among our young ones,” the statement said.

These people are so beyond obnoxious, it's not even funny. Giving a woman the right to obtain an abortion if she needs one will lead to immoral sexual life? Please!!

Informed Consent: The Latest Weapon Of Choice In The Abortion Battle

The pro-lifers are up to their old tricks again on the abortion issue. This time, they're trying to force women to undergo mandatory counseling, followed by what they call a seven day "cooling off period."

These people talk about informed consent, and how mandatory counseling would allow those who seek abortions to be informed before they consent to an abortion. Let me tell you what INFORMED CONSENT IS NOT. INFORMED CONSENT IS NOT:

* being forced to undergo mandatory counseling

* being told that you're uninformed when you're really not

* being called a murderer for making a very PRIVATE decision

* being harassed by ignorant, hateful, disrespectful individuals

I have questions about this mandatory counseling. Who is going to administer the counseling? The Catholic Church? Surely they jest if they honestly think the Catholic Church should be allowed to counsel those who seek abortions. If the Catholic Church is allowed to administer the counseling, these women will not be informed. They will be given only one side of the abortion argument, the Catholic side. They will be forced to hear about how they're immoral, would-be sinners. They will be forced to listen to religious nonsense instead of getting the facts.

These are the same people who have taken a vow to never have sex. Yet these are the same people who have raped young boys and girls, and even adults. They're moved around to different parishes in order to hide their crimes, and they do it again. The Vatican offers them protection. To even suggest that the Catholic Church administer the counseling is an abomination!!

How long will this mandatory counseling be required? Long enough so that a woman will no longer be able to obtain an abortion? I can honestly see that happening. I can honestly see them requiring women to undergo counseling long enough so that a woman is too far along in her pregnancy to obtain a legal abortion. That's the whole objective of the pro-life agenda isn't it? Prevent a woman from having an abortion by any means necessary?

If a woman is brutally raped and seeks an abortion, are they honestly going to force her to undergo mandatory counseling? Are they going to force her to sit there and hear about how the fetus is a gift from God? Are they going to force her to sit there and hear about how even though her rape was a horrific violation of her body, she would be a murderer if she didn't carry her rapist's fetus to term? Are they going to force her to sit there and hear that there was a purpose for her brutal, horrific rape?

How dare these people do this!! How dare they try to force counseling upon women who have made their choice. Who the hell is anyone to say that a woman who has made the decision to undergo an abortion is uninformed? Uninformed is the pro-life movement. They only see a fetus. They can't see beyond the fetus to the woman who is carrying that fetus, sometimes against her will. They label her a murderer, and harass her whenever they can. They use their children to forward their agenda. It's sad, sick, immoral, and should be ILLEGAL!!

Brownback Thinks He Has A Uterus

The title was taken from Think Progress. Here is the story.

Brownback thinks he has a uterus.During last night’s presidential debate, Sen. Sam Brownback (R-KS) repeatedly motioned to his stomach to argue against pro-choice policies. “Here in the womb,” he said, there “is a child that we’re talking about doing this to.” Brownback argued specifically for prohibiting rape and incest victims from obtaining an abortion.

Tell that to the rape and incest victims Brownback. Tell them that although they were violated in the most horrific way, it doesn't matter what they want. It doesn't matter how they feel. The only thing that matters is the fetus.

BROWNBACK: And I think that’s the thing we’ve got to really look at here, is, what are we doing? We talk about abortion, but abortion is a procedure. This is a life that we’re talking about. And it’s a terrible situation where there’s a rape that’s involved or incest.

But it nonetheless remains that this is a child that we’re talking about doing this to, of ending the life of this child. Will that make the woman in a better situation if that’s what takes place? And I don’t think so, and I think we can explain it when we look at it for what it is: a beautiful child of a loving God, that we ought to protect in all circumstances in all places, here in the womb, somebody that’s struggling in poverty, a family that’s struggling. We should work and look at all life, be pro-life and whole-life for everybody.

So let me get this straight. God is loving, yet "he" allows rape and incest to happen. How is that loving? How is allowing a woman or child to be violated a loving thing? Explain that one Mr. Brownback!!

Also, what's this crap about struggling in poverty or a family that's struggling? Is he suggesting that only poor, struggling women have abortions? Is he suggesting that only poor, struggling women and children are raped and are victims of incest? Once again, he just proves how idiotic and insane he truly is. Once again, it's not about a woman's rights. It's about the rights of a fetus, and ultimately the rights of the rapist. That's a great message to be sending!! NOT!!

SC Calls It A "Compromise." Women Shouldn't Have To "Compromise."

The state Senate in South Carolina passed what they called a "compromise" bill on the ultrasound/abortion issue.

Women shouldn't have to compromise their rights to an abortion. They shouldn't be forced to have an ultrasound done before having an abortion. They shouldn't be forced to view the ultrasound images. It is our right to have an abortion, and anyone that tries to derail that right is SICK!!

Women seeking an abortion in South Carolina would be able, but not required, to view an ultrasound first under a compromise bill that received approval Wednesday in the state Senate.

The compromise, passed on a voice vote without debate, would also require women to reflect on the image they saw. It meant to maximize the time between a woman seeing her ultrasound, if she chooses, and her scheduled abortion.

"The point is to have a period of reflection," said Republican Sen. Mike Fair, a sponsor of the measure. "This is as good as we could do, and we think it's reasonable."

What is "reasonable" here is for all these pro-lifers to shut the hell up. They need to stop telling someone else what they can do. It's not their business. I'm also really fed up with men thinking that they have a right to tell women what they can do. A woman doesn't need a "reflection" period before having an abortion. They don't need to "reflect" upon the ultrasound image. How many more days are they intending to add to the waiting period before a woman can have an abortion? Oh I know, 9 months. That way, a woman can't have an abortion because she'll be ready to give birth.

I'm sick and tired of this so-called PRO-LIFE crap. Go get fucked, and stay the hell out of our business!!

Absolutely Cruel

As I was looking for stories to blog about, this one caught my eye. It's absolutely cruel!!

A 17-year-old girl who is four months pregnant and whose child cannot survive outside the womb has gone to the High Court to challenge a decision by the Health Service Executive to stop her leaving the State for an abortion.

She found out a week ago that her baby has a condition called anencephaly, which means the baby's brain is not developing properly.

According to the website for the University of Virginia Health System, this is what anencephaly is:

Anencephaly is a condition present at birth that affects the formation of the brain and the skull bones that surround the head. Anencephaly results in only minimal development of the brain. Often, the brain lacks part or all of the cerebrum (the area of the brain that is responsible for thinking, vision, hearing, touch, and movement). There is no bony covering over the back of the head and there may also be missing bones around the front and sides of the head.

The following are the most common symptoms of anencephaly. However, each child may experience symptoms differently.

Symptoms may include:

* absence of bony covering over the back of the head

* missing bones around the front and sides of the head

* folding of the ears

* cleft palate - a condition in which the roof of the child's mouth does not completely close, leaving an opening that can extend into the nasal cavity.

* congenital heart defects

* some basic reflexes, but without the cerebrum, there can be no consciousness and the baby cannot survive.

The most disgusting thing about this whole situation is that the only way this girl can be considered for an abortion is if she "presents herself as suicidal." So either she has to fake being suicidal, fake a suicide attempt, or actually attempt to commit suicide. Nice, huh?

Is there even a point in continuing her pregnancy? I mean really, is there a point? Why put this girl through the trauma of continuing the pregnancy? Why force her to carry what is essentially a DEAD fetus to term? Once it's born, it's not going to live. So, why force her to go through that experience? Do they enjoy adding to the already traumatic and tragic situation for this girl? It's just absolutely sick!!

She is challenging the ruling, and I hope for her sake that she wins!!

Pro-Lifers Are Good, NOT!!!!!

A pipe bomb was found outside of the Austin Women's Health Center in Texas on Wednesday. On Friday, an arrest was made in connection with the crime.

I wonder what the excuse will be. Could it go a little something like this?

"Your Honor, I was just trying to prevent those little babies from being murdered. I can't sit by while they die. I had no intention of hurting anyone. I was just trying to get women to change their hearts and minds about the babies. I had a conversation with God, and afterwards I knew what had to be done."

I wonder how many pro-lifers are trying to put together a defense fund for this guy. I wonder how many pro-lifers are going to make him their poster boy for their "pro-life" movement. I'm sure that the answer is MANY!!

You see, the pro-lifers out there just don't get it. You can bomb us all you want. You can threaten us. You can harass us. You can even kill us. It only makes you the criminal. It only makes you look like the jackasses that you truly are.

If convicted, this man (and I use that term loosely) faces life in prison. I ask, was it worth it? I'm sure the answer will be yes. I hope he enjoys the rest of his miserable life in prison!!
