Normal Combat Action?

Normal? If you can call the execution of innocent men, women, and children normal, you clearly aren't NORMAL.

Question: If this is what they consider normal combat action, how many other "Hadithas" have happened that we don't know about or have turned a blind eye to because it's NORMAL?
