I've heard it all now!!

A former NY cop took a school superintendent hostage using a gun because he was upset that the school wasn't shut down due to the swine flu. He threatened to kill the superintendent. Now the cop's attorney has come up with a defense.

What's the defense?

He's not guilty? Nope!!

Insanity? Nope!!

9/11 PTSD? You got it!! This guy is going to actually use 9/11 as an excuse for taking someone hostage and threatening to kill him. Twenty bucks says he actually gets away with using that defense too!! We love using 9/11 as a defense for everything we do!! So why should this be any different?

I have to ask a question though. What do the families of those killed on 9/11 think about people using it to excuse the crimes that they commit?

Seriously!! He held someone hostage and threatened to kill that person, and the only excuse his attorney can come up with to JUSTIFY his actions is 9/11? It's 2009. If he had PTSD from 9/11 he has had almost eight years to get help. Using it as an excuse now is a joke!!

Pathetic!! But again, twenty bucks says his excuse will fly!!
